Before shipping, try a known-working HDMI cable and the correct input on another compatible display if available. Avoid repeatedly forcing a cable into a bent or broken connector.
Tell us whether the connector is physically damaged, whether the console powers on and what happened before video stopped. Other hardware faults can resemble a port problem.

Does no signal always mean a damaged HDMI port?
No. A cable, display input or another console fault can cause a similar symptom. Tell us what happened and whether the port is visibly damaged. We assess the hardware before performing the appropriate repair.
What does the HDMI repair price include?

The 90-day warranty starts when you receive your repaired console. It covers the specific repair, subject to the repair warranty’s exclusions.
What should I send?
Follow the instructions for your repair ticket. Send the console only unless we ask for specific accessories. Keep games, controllers and cables unless requested. Use a sturdy box, protective padding and tracking.
