Local repairs
What devices do you repair?
Phones, tablets, laptops, desktops, Mac devices, game consoles and VR devices. Board-level work is available where appropriate. We also offer custom PC builds.
Where and when can I visit?
41 Clementon Rd, Store 133, inside the Berlin Farmers Market, Berlin, NJ 08009. Thursday–Sunday, 10am–5pm.
Do you supply custom PC parts?
Yes. We can supply components, assemble customer-supplied parts, or discuss a mix.
Is diagnosis always free?
Contact us for the assessment charge for your device and fault. The site should not make one free-diagnosis promise for every service.
Mail-in HDMI repairs
Does no signal always mean a damaged HDMI port?
No. A cable, display input or another console fault can cause a similar symptom. Tell us what happened and whether the port is visibly damaged. We assess the hardware before performing the appropriate repair.
What does $149 include?
The mail-in HDMI repair and return shipping for PlayStation or Xbox. You pay shipping to the shop. This fixed price is for HDMI repairs, not every type of console fault.
What if it cannot be repaired?
If the console cannot be repaired and you want it sent back, the $39 charge includes the bench fee and return shipping.
How long does it usually take?
The usual repair estimate is 24–48 hours after we receive the console, excluding shipping. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline. Diagnosis, parts availability and repair complexity can affect timing.
When does the warranty start?
The 90-day warranty starts when you receive your repaired console. It covers the specific repair, subject to the repair warranty’s exclusions.
What should I send?
Follow the instructions for your repair ticket. Send the console only unless we ask for specific accessories. Keep games, controllers and cables unless requested. Use a sturdy box, protective padding and tracking.
Warranty & data
Does every repair have a lifetime warranty?
No. Phone replacement parts have a lifetime part warranty. HDMI, charging-port and soldered-component repairs have 90 days. Other work has different coverage. Read the repair warranty.
Should I back up before repair?
Yes, where possible. Ask at check-in if you need help before the work begins. Repair work can involve loss of access to storage or data.
Can I mail in a VR headset?
Yes. Contact us with the headset/controller model and fault to confirm service and shipping terms before sending it.
