How it works
What we take on
Broken ports and connectors, cracked solder joints, dead power sections, failed components, damaged traces. Audio gear, lighting, small appliances, toys, tools, collectibles.
Start with a message
Text us what it is and what it is doing. We will tell you straight whether it is something we can take on and roughly what to expect.
How it is priced
We look at it, we quote it, you decide. Nothing is charged without your approval. If it cannot be saved, we tell you that too.
Text or call first, or go straight to the mail-in form below with the item, the symptoms and your return address.
Follow the ticket’s instructions. Pad it well, use tracked shipping. You pay inbound shipping.
We open it up, find the fault and send you a quote. Typical bench time is a few days for odd items.
Approve the quote and we repair, test and ship it back. You pay return shipping.
Mixers, amps, pedals, keyboards, powered speakers with a dead channel or a crackly jack.
Holiday pieces, lamps and displays that mean something to someone and stopped lighting up.
Vintage electronics, toys, tools, controllers for things that are not games. If it has a board, ask.

That is most of what comes in. We repair the board rather than swap parts, so age is rarely the problem.
We quote after we see it, before any work. Many small jobs are an hour on the bench; we tell you if it is more than the item is worth to you.
Ask first. One text with a photo saves you a box and postage if it is not something we can help with.
