Other controller repairs
Buttons, triggers, bumpers, USB-C and charging ports, batteries, unresponsive inputs. We assess it and quote you first. No diagnostic fee on controllers.
Shipping and warranty
You pay to ship the controller to us; we ship it back free. Repairs carry a 90-day warranty from the day you receive it.
Use the controller intake with your model, symptoms and return address. Add a promo code if you have one.
Follow the ticket’s instructions. Wrap the controller, use a small box and tracked shipping. You pay inbound shipping.
Stick repairs are $55 flat. Anything else is quoted before work starts. Typical bench turnaround is 24–48 hours after receipt.

Mail-in intake

A magnetic sensor module that reads stick position without the mechanical wear that causes drift on stock sticks. We install K-Silver TMR modules and calibrate the controller after the swap.
