Before you send it

Is VR repair the same flat-price offer as console HDMI repair?

No. The flat HDMI price ($125 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, $100 for other consoles) applies to console HDMI port repairs only. VR service depends on the device and fault. Contact us before shipping.

Should I send the controllers too?

Tell us which part has the fault. We will confirm the headset, controllers and accessories needed for your assessment before you ship.

Can I bring it to the shop?

Yes. Visit our Berlin Farmers Market shop Thursday–Sunday, 10am–5pm, or call to discuss the model and problem.

What warranty applies?

Coverage depends on the repair performed. See the repair warranty. A separate universal VR warranty has not been promised.
